Tater Mate - 去眼馬鈴薯刷

I kept putting off peeling potatoes because of all the little eyes, but this scrubber’s plastic point makes twisting them out almost fun. The brush side is stiff enough to really dig into the skin, and cleanup is just a quick rinse.

The twist-and-pop motion is oddly satisfying, and the brush side actually gets the skin clean before I even peel. My mashed potatoes have never been so lump-free.

I was skeptical about the plastic point at first, but it really does pop out those potato eyes cleanly. The brush on the other side is handy for a quick scrub, though I wish it were a bit stiffer for tougher dirt.
