Tenacious C 鑄鐵刷

I’ve tried other brushes that left scratches on my pan, but these recycled-nylon bristles are tough without being abrasive. The grip is comfortable enough that I can scrub the caked-on bits without my hand cramping up. After a few uses it still looks brand new.

The recycled-nylon bristles really do the heavy lifting—my last pan’s baked-on oil came off in two passes, no soaking required. Handle’s got a good grip, too, even when my hands were slick from rinsing.

I was skeptical about needing a special brush for cast iron, but the tough bristles actually dig into the caked-on oil without scratching the seasoning. It makes scrubbing feel much less like a chore.
