I was pleasantly surprised by how well the ginger and citrus flavors come through without any soy or gluten. The shiitake mushrooms give it a nice, satisfying chew that's not too tough.

The ginger and citrus kick really comes through in every bite, and I love that it’s soy-free since I’m avoiding gluten. It’s got that chewy jerky texture but from mushrooms, which is way more interesting than I expected.

Finally, a jerky I can snack on without the soy and gluten messing with my stomach. The chewy shiitake texture really holds the teriyaki flavor, and knowing it's vegan with a good dose of fiber makes it an easy grab for a mid-afternoon craving.
