I’ve been drizzling this over vanilla ice cream and the way the honey sets into little crystallized bits is pretty addictive. My only tiny wish is that the chocolate flavor were just a hair stronger, but it’s still dangerously good.

The texture is what got me—it's genuinely whipped and creamy, not just honey with powder stirred in. I've been using it as a dip for fruit and honestly, the cocoa flavor from the fair-trade cocoa comes through without being bitter.
