女性 Rest Well 入門組合

I’ve been taking the multivitamin and sleep gummies together for a few weeks, and I feel more balanced during the day and fall asleep faster at night. The sleep gummy actually helps me wind down without that groggy feeling in the morning.

I was a bit skeptical about combining a multi with my sleep routine, but the Women’s Multi has been easy on my stomach and the sleep gummies actually knock me out within 20 minutes. The set is a solid value for two things I’d buy anyway.

I was skeptical about taking both a multi and a sleep gummy daily, but after a week I’m waking up less groggy. The sleep gummy has a pleasant berry-like taste that doesn’t linger. My energy feels more even through the afternoon too.
