I've been adding this to my water during long work shifts in a hot kitchen, and it actually keeps me from feeling drained halfway through. The sodium content is noticeable but not overwhelming, and I don't get that weird aftertaste some packs have.

After a long run in the heat, I was cramping badly, but one pack of these dissolved cleanly in my water and I felt noticeably better within 20 minutes. The sodium ratio seems just right for my needs.

Woke up with a pounding headache after a long hike and this pack sorted me out in under twenty minutes, the sodium hit fast without any weird aftertaste. I've tried plain water and it never does the trick like this does, so now it’s a permanent fixture in my gym bag.
