I've been through three different zesters over the years, and the precision-etched holes on this one are a game changer—they actually stay sharp. Finally getting delicate citrus curls without any bitter pith is such a relief, and the wide surface makes quick work of a whole lemon.

The fine holes really do skip the pith—my lemon bars finally taste bright instead of bitter. I've used it every day for two weeks and the etching still grabs the peel without any extra pressure.

This one's much easier to use than my old box grater for lemons—the etched holes really do catch the zest without grabbing the bitter white part. Takes a bit of practice to get an even pressure, but the wide surface makes quick work of a whole lime.
