زيت كبد سمك القد القطبي

I was a bit nervous about the fishy aftertaste, but these are remarkably clean. The fact that they’re sustainably sourced from Norway makes me feel better about taking them daily, and my joints have felt noticeably smoother this month.

The capsules are smaller than other fish oils I've tried, so swallowing them is much easier. It's been about a month and my joint discomfort seems less noticeable.

The fact that it’s sustainably sourced in Norway was the main reason I tried it, and the quality really shows in the smooth texture. No fishy aftertaste at all, which is a huge win for me.
