Hot Honey BBQ Rub

The brown sugar and honey balance perfectly with the chili heat, making this rub great on pork chops. I’ve been using it on everything from ribs to roasted veggies and it never disappoints.

Tried this on chicken wings and the heat from the vibrant chillis hits right after the sweetness, making each bite interesting. The rub sticks well and caramelizes nicely on the grill.

The brown sugar and honey come through first, then that chili warmth sneaks up and lingers perfectly. I used it on grilled chicken thighs and the crust it formed was incredible. Definitely my new go-to for adding heat without losing sweetness.
