Omega-3

I've been taking the soft gels for a few weeks now, and I notice I'm not as foggy in the afternoon. The liquid form was too messy for me, but these capsules are easy to swallow.

I was skeptical about taking a liquid supplement daily, but this has become part of my morning routine without any fuss. The soft gels are easy to swallow and I appreciate that it's a generous non-concentrated serving for everyday heart and brain support.

The liquid version tastes surprisingly clean for fish oil, so I can take it straight without chasing it with juice. I do wish the bottle came with a smaller measuring spoon for my daily dose, but the heart and brain support it provides is exactly what I was after.
