Perles étoiles arc-en-ciel

I’m not vegan, but I grabbed this for a friend with dietary restrictions, and honestly, the colors are so vibrant they made my plain vanilla cupcakes look like a party. The star shapes stayed nice and crisp on top of the frosting, not a single one melted or bled its color.

The stars held their shape perfectly through baking, which is rare for a sprinkle mix, and the colors stayed bright instead of bleeding into the frosting. I threw a handful into a smoothie bowl for a quick pop of fun and it worked just as well.
