Korean BBQ Rub

I was a little worried the tamari would make it too salty, but the balance with the brown sugar is perfect. My guests couldn't stop eating the grilled pork belly I used this on.

The sesame seeds give it such a nice texture against the sweet heat, and the tamari really shines. I mixed it with my gochujang for a marinade and my chicken thighs came out perfect.

I threw this on some pork belly and the brown sugar caramelized perfectly with just a hint of heat from the spice. The sesame seeds add a nice texture, and it's way more flavorful than bottled marinades I've tried.
