The floral aroma of sumac and sesame really comes through when I toast this mix lightly in a dry pan. I've been using it as a finishing spice on grilled chicken and roasted potatoes, and it adds that perfect tangy, nutty kick.

I've been sprinkling this over roasted vegetables and it adds such a bright, floral lift with that subtle sesame crunch. The cumin and herbs balance perfectly so no single flavor overpowers.

The tartness from the sumac really cuts through the richness of the olive oil I use as a dip base. I love how the sesame and herbs balance each other without any single flavor overpowering. It’s become my go-to for a quick, flavorful sprinkle on plain hummus.
