肌酸 - Creapure

I’ve been using this for a few weeks and the unflavored powder dissolves easily in my morning shake—no grit at all. It’s nice knowing it’s Creapure since that’s typically the highest quality source.

Finally, a creatine that actually dissolves clear—no gritty sludge at the bottom of my shaker. The purity of this Creapure stuff means zero bloating or stomach upset, even on an empty stomach before my workout.

I’ve been cycling through different creatines for years, and the Creapure source here dissolves completely without that gritty texture I used to hate. My recovery feels noticeably quicker after heavy squat sessions, and no bloating at all.
