肌酸

The mix is so fine it dissolves in water without that gritty texture I hate. After three weeks of daily use, I can already tell my reps feel a little stronger. This is the first creatine that hasn't upset my stomach at all.

After three weeks of taking this creatine, my recovery between sets feels noticeably quicker, and the powder dissolves in water with zero gritty texture or clumps. The Creapure purity is exactly why I chose it, and it hasn't upset my stomach once.

I’ve tried a few creatines over the years and this one dissolves almost completely, no chalky grit at the bottom of my shaker. Mixes clean with just water, which is a win for me. Four stars because I can’t say it performs any differently than cheaper options, but it feels smoother going down.
