The whole process was surprisingly straightforward, and the resulting ricotta had that delicate, fresh texture you just can't buy in a store. I made a batch in under an hour and it was the creamiest thing I've pulled out of my own kitchen.

I was blown away by how creamy the mozzarella turned out on my first try; the included rennet tablets made the curd-setting step foolproof. The cheesecloth bags are also well-made for straining whey properly.

The whole process felt surprisingly simple once I got the hang of it, and the ricotta was unbelievably rich and delicate straight out of the pot. It's a fun little project that makes you feel like you've actually learned something, not just followed a box.
