橙花蜂蜜

The texture is perfect for baking—it stayed liquid enough to mix easily into my cookie dough but gave them that floral sweetness I was hoping for. My whole kitchen smelled amazing while they were in the oven.

I’ve been drizzling this over warm cornbread and it melts in with that juicy, bright citrus kick that’s just like fresh orange peel. The sweetness is clean, not cloying, so it’s perfect for glazing a simple cake without overpowering it. Empty jar already, so I’m ordering another.

This honey has that bright, fruity aroma from the Mexican orange groves that really comes through in tea. It’s not too heavy, and the taste is noticeably cleaner than the clover honey I used to buy. Perfect for sweetening a cup of Earl Grey without overpowering it.
