醃漬檸檬沙丁魚

Finally found preserved lemon sardines that actually deliver on flavor. The lemon isn't shy, and the fish are firm without being dry. Perfect with a crusty baguette.

The olive oil is so smooth and fruity it almost feels like a sauce, and the lemon cuts through just enough to brighten the whole tin. I ate them straight out of the jar with a fork and didn't want to stop.

The lemon is the star here—bright and tangy without overpowering the fish. I've eaten plenty of tinned sardines, but these are noticeably plumper and cleaner-tasting, thanks to the good olive oil.
