Honey & Herb

I’ve been reaching for this rub on chicken thighs and roasted carrots all week, and the sweet-savory balance it creates in the pan is genuinely impressive. It’s versatile enough to be my go-to for both proteins and veggies, which is exactly what I want from an all-purpose seasoning.

The honey sweetness is balanced perfectly with the savory herbs, not overpowering at all. I used it on chicken thighs and the flavor was incredible with a nice caramelized crust. It's become my go-to for grilling and roasting.

I've been reaching for this rub every single time I grill now, and the way the sweet and savory layers hit on chicken is genuinely addicting. It's not just a sprinkle-and-hope situation either, the balance holds up even on thicker cuts.
